Close of Series A Fundraise

Tribe Tech Group (“Tribe Tech” or “the Company”), a market-leading developer and manufacturer of autonomous drill rig and sampling technology, announces the closing of a Series A fundraise.

The Company has closed a substantial Series A funding round following the successful raise of an initial £1.4 million ($2.48m AUD) in the first equity round over December 2021, and a further £1.5m ($2.7m AUD) in an interim Private Equity round. With this support, the Company is in a strong position to take advantage of the growing demand for autonomous drill rigs and accelerating the development of new products.
