Formation of Tribe Tech Board
Tribe Tech Group (“Tribe Tech” or “the Company”), a market-leading developer and manufacturer of autonomous drill rig and sampling technology, is pleased to announce the formation of its board. The board comprises of:
- Charlie King, as Manging Director
- Derek Loughlin, as Executive Director
- Tim Langmead, as Non-Executive Director
- Liam Dempsey, as Non-Executive Director
- Enda Ivanhoff, as Non-Executive Director
- Rodney Houston, as Non-Executive Chairperson
Charlie King, Managing Director brings more than 15 years of experience in both the mining and commodities business. A highly experienced General Manager and Operations Manager in the drill rig contractor industry with a strong track record for turning around struggling drilling companies.
Derek Loughlin, Executive Director brings over 30 years of experience in the drilling and drilling technology industries including global firms such as Boart Longyear and Imdex Limited. Derek has extensive experience in leadership roles in R&D collaboration, M&A, and investor relations, with a proven track record for delivering exceptional business outcomes.
Tim Langmead, Non-Executive Director holds extensive experience in public affairs, having held senior roles advising Australian Government Ministers. Tim served as a member of the executive team at Fortescue Metals Group Limited for over 8 years, and was elected member of the Association of Mining and Exploration Companies.
Mike Irvine, Non-Executive Director has over 20 years’ experience in corporate finance and investment related activity. Following his training at PwC, Mike joined KPMG where he became Director responsible for its Northern Ireland team. In 2007 he set up the Northern Ireland operations of Davy Stockbrokers and is currently Managing Partner at Cordovan Capital Management Limited.
